Kindly take note on below T&C before purchasing the package.

1. All package purchases are final and represent the buyer's irrevocable decision. These purchases are strictly non-refundable, non-transferrable nor exchangeable. Unused class pass can be carried over with the renew of same package before the expired date.

2. Class bookings can only be made after full payment has been completed. Until payment is finalized, no bookings will be processed.

3. Classes must be booked in advance online and are subject to availability. To avoid losing your class pass, booking cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled class. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in class pass being forfeited.

4. You are responsible for monitoring your package expiry dates. We will not provide any reminders regarding expiration, and we do not take responsibility for any consequences resulting from expired packages.

5. By purchasing a package, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions outlined here.

6. A complete transaction receipt showing transaction complete, recipient bank account number, transfer amount and reference number is required. Receipts that only show a transaction request, app notifications, or summary information will not be accepted or entertained.
